My stay at this resort was filled with some highs and lows. The location was absolutely stunning with picturesque views, and the staff did their best to be accommodating. However, the service fell short with consistent issues like slow responses and lack of hot water, detracting from the potential to be a great experience. Additionally, the lack of amenities in the room, including working outlets and mirrors, was quite disappointing.

I had an amazing stay at Papaya Playa Project! The location is stunning, right in the heart of Tulum's natural beauty, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I loved the rooftop pool all to myself and the delicious vegan dining options available. However, the room wasn't ready until 4 PM, which was frustrating after a long journey, and the service at the restaurant could be a bit hit or miss during peak times. Still, I can't wait to return!
